Fees for Organizations

When you contact us, we will ask about your goals and objectives, and work up a list of options according to your specific needs. It is always our goal to help make your event successful and unforgettable.

Payment policy:

A non-refundable deposit (50% of total fee) due upon booking a date. This allows us to hold the date for you and avoid double-booking.

The balance is due upon completion of the event.

Payment may be made by check or via PayPal.

Peace of Mind Clause:

In the event that one Ladybug becomes ill on the day of a scheduled event, we will not cancel. Our business model allows us to bring our high-quality entertainment to you with one, two, or three Ladybugs.
