KR Johnson
Besides being a founding member of The Ladybugs, KR Johnson is an award-winning speaker, longtime educator and advocate for kids, Improv performer, and author of The Eleventh Sense, the hilarious journey of Simon who must find his mother’s killer with the help of the most unusual bunch of friends ever. She believes whole-heartedly in joy and laughter as a critical element of any learning or healing process, and is excited to be an instrument for creating joy in the world.
Laura Bohlin
A stage actor since her college years, Laura Bohlin specializes in early-childhood education both as a preschool teacher assistant and as a nanny. She loves entertaining children, and previously performed as a princess or cartoon character at children's birthday parties. Laura has been performing Improv comedy for several years, and now brings her enthusiasm, sunny personality, and talent to the Ladybugs.
Vera Evans
Vera's love of entertaining children was evident as early as age 13, when she performed every weekend as a clown for children’s birthday parties. She has been practicing Improv for the past six years in the New York City area and San Diego. Vera credits Improv for contributing to her success as a leader, facilitator, and diversity advocate during her 2+ decade career in Corporate Information Technology. She now brings her joy for performing and entertaining to the Ladybugs.
